Got my eCritique for my week 10 assignment yesterday, and I figured it was about time I uploaded it here too. We’re now in week 11, which means that this is the last week we at Animation Mentor have to work on our assignments before the term ends, and I’m honestly really looking forward to having a few weeks off school. Still, I have a buch of work to do this week before I’m finished.

Thursday, November 5th, 2009Yup, these last few days have pretty much been crap. I’ve been laying in bed for about four days straight, waiting for that damn swine flu to go away. I’m still a bit sick, but it’s not so bad. At least I’m heathly enough to get out of bed and do some work. The flu did help me out a little though, as in it forced me to stay in bed and watch movies all day, so I could find some dialogue for my next Animation Mentor assignment.

Week 4, Still Far From Finished
Tuesday, October 27th, 2009So we’re now in week 5 over at Animation Mentor, which means that this is the last week I have to work on my assignment, before starting a new one. And by new assignment I mean a frakking dialogue shot. Things are getting rough. But let’s not worry about that just yet. I have a whole lot of work to do on the current assignment that needs to be done first.

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009So we’re technically in week 4 now, and as I’m writing this I’m still waiting for my eCritique, hopefully I’ll have it when I wake up tomorrow morning. I sure hope so. Because I still have a ton of work to do, and I didn’t get nearly as far with my shot last week as I should have, and wanted too. But there not much I can do about that now, other than working my ass off this week. Thank god I don’t have to go to work.

Week 2 Blocking
Wednesday, October 14th, 2009I’m a little late in uploading this, I know, but still. The first two weeks of Class 4 at Animation Mentor is over, and we’re actually way into week 3, which means I should probably start splining a little and what not, we’ll see how that goes. But at least my rough blocking is pretty much done, still needs some work on the poses and timing etc, but I’m getting there.
